What You’ll Do

• Source, qualify, and guide candidates and clients through the hiring process
• Build long-term relationships with hiring managers, decision-makers, and candidates
• Develop recruitment strategies tailored to client needs
• Stay current on industry trends and market conditions
• Deliver a high-touch experience for candidates and clients

Compensation

• Base salary: $35,568 annually ($1,482 paid twice monthly)
• Commission potential: $36K-$500K+ annually
• No cap on commissions - your earnings are directly tied to your effort and results
